On Maundy Thursday 50 young dancers took to the stage at Craigavon Civic Centre for the premiere of
The Zephaniah Dancers new dance production 'Is there a Heaven for me', telling the Easter story in dance, drama and song, as seen through the eyes of Mary Magdalene. The dramatic story tells how meeting Jesus changed Mary's life and released her from the past which had haunted her.

'PRAXIS Jerusalem' brought together a group from England and Ireland who went to Israel/Palestine to understand the issues behind the conflict and to meet people who are doing something about it.

The group met with Israelis and Palestinians, Jews, Christians and Muslims. This is their story.

PRAXIS is a programme of the Church Mission Society (CMS) designed to take Christians out of their comfort zones to experience the church at work around the world.

In June 2005 Bolivia was falling apart and on the brink of a major conflict between the Western and the Eastern regions. Mission organisations were recalling some of their people. In such situations foreign visitors normally cancel their trips to Bolivia, so Raphael Samuel who pastors the church emailed
to say that he would understand if Paul and Jeff from SAMS Ireland cancelled their planned trip.

However in an act of faith; Paul and Jeff chose to swim against the tide and go to Bolivia! Their visit was crucial because it was an encouragement and a clear sign from the Lord that He was not pulling out of His work. He was still sending people in the midst of difficult of conditions to prove a point.

The programme also features interviews with the dancers and the scene from the production of the ‘Foot to the Cross’ based on the crucifixion of Jesus.
